Sudhakar Pulakonda is a seasoned pharmaceutical research professional with over 17 years of experience in formulation development, parenteral and solid dosage forms, and product life cycle management. As Assistant Director at GenZen Pharmaceuticals, he leads the design, optimization, and scale-up of pharmaceutical formulations to meet stringent quality, regulatory, and performance standards.
Sudhakar’s expertise includes lyophilized injectables, oral tablets and capsules, oral liquid suspensions, and oncology products. He has successfully managed technology transfer, ANDA and generic filings, and scale-up processes for both cytotoxic (oncology) and non-cytotoxic products across the U.S., Europe, Canada, Algeria, MENA, and semi-regulated markets. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing NCE-1 (FTF) and Para-IV products, as well as developing stable, scalable bioequivalent formulations.
