Kiran K. Jadhav is a pharmaceutical science doctorate holder and experienced R&D leader with over 19 years of expertise in sterile dosage forms and product management. As Director at GenZen Pharmaceuticals, he drives strategic product execution from proof-of-concept through commercialization and life cycle management.
Kiran has held leadership roles as General Manager of formulation development and sterile injectable production, managing advanced liposomes, nanoparticles, nanoemulsions, sustained-release injectables, and ophthalmic emulsions. He has extensive expertise in 505(b)(2) product pipelines, patentable formulation strategies, particle size reduction, and IVRT/in vitro bioequivalence studies. Kiran has successfully overseen preclinical and clinical studies, regulatory submissions, FDA approvals, and commercialization for a wide range of parenteral and ophthalmic products. He is also a frequent speaker at scientific conferences, contributor to peer-reviewed publications, and an inventor on multiple international patents.
